A huge outdoor space with a lot of exciting potential—that’s what came to mind when creating the design for this unique yard for our client in Sound Beach, Long Island NY. This yard started with an upper and lower terrace, followed by a pool patio with a sunken fire pit area, not to mention a beautiful new outdoor kitchen. The entire yard was recreated and fit the luxury lifestyle this homeowner was going for. The front of the house was brought to life with beautiful eye catching plants and trees.

Objectives

• Utilize the large open space and view of the ocean
• Create a comprehensive design scheme blending the architecture of the house with the outdoor space.
• Unify entire space with consistent flooring, finishes, and decor.
